Smallcaps generator, turn lower case into small capital letters

In typography, little capitals  are lowercase characters typeset with glyphs that take after uppercase letters anyway lessened in height and weight, close to the enveloping lowercase  letters or substance figures, for example: Text in Small Caps. Note this is really not a case-change, yet rather a substitution of glyphs, in spite of the way that the effect is as often as possible reenacted by case-change and scaling. Minimal tops are used in running substance as a sort of highlight that is less overpowering than all promoted content, and as a methodology for emphasis or uniqueness for content close by or as opposed to italics, or when boldface is ignoble. Minimal tops can be used to pull in attentiveness with respect to the opening articulation or line of another portion of substance, or to give an additional style in a word reference segment where various parts must be typographically isolated.
